From a brainwave perspective, creativity is generally composed of 2 factors: 1) The ability of your brain to make random neural connections, forming completely new ideas in the process. 2) Remaining open and receptive to new ideas.
In order to produce both of these factors, this session stimulates mostly Alpha/Theta waves (making you more receptive), while randomly rising into higher brainwaves (BRAIN SURFING), only to drop back down again. This method has proven very successful at producing new neural connections, and stimulating the conception of ideas.

This session uses a hypnotic induction technique which is based on the ebb and flow nature of the brain. The session first guides the mind to a lower brainwave, then guides it upwards slightly, only to guide it even deeper again. This process is repeated until the target deep trance brainwave state is reached.
This method has been shown to be successful with individuals who have trouble relaxing and falling into trance-like states.

In the mp3 audio portion of iBelieve in Balance the program runs multiple 90 second audio loops

In her New York Times bestselling book, “My Stroke of Insight”, Harvard trained brain scientist, Jill Bolte Taylor talks about the emotional brain that we form as newborns, and ”which does not mature.” “When our emotional buttons are pushed, we retain the ability to react to incoming stimulation as though we were a two year old, even when we are adults.” Bolte Taylor says, “I wait 90 seconds for my emotional/physical response to dissipate before I speak to my brain.” If an unpleasant emotional wave like fear or anger, etc., knocks you off balance, wait 90 seconds (not 90 minutes or 90 hours) for the powerful emotion to clear your emotional system to regain your balance when your mind and body are calmer.
